Returns & Exchanges

I want you to absolutely love your Sacred Guardian. Each piece is crafted with intention and chosen with care — but If for any reason it is not the piece you dreamed of, we are happy to accept retirs or offer replacements. For us, it's about making you happy. Not making a sale. 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued for the product price minus the original shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must contact us at mindy@truintention.shop to initiate the return

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email mindy@truintention.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. I'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping is non-refundable

Exchanges: Want a different stone or need a different chain length? I'm happy to help! Email me at mindy@truintention.shop and we'll work together to find the perfect solution.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at mindy@truintention.shop with photos of the damage. I'll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
