5. Stone Selection Process

For products offering the "Choose Your Stone" option:

After your order, you will receive photos and/or videos of available stones to choose from.
You will have 7 days to make your selection. If no selection is made, we will intuitively choose a stone on your behalf.
Once a stone is selected and confirmed, the selection is final.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
