Time, resources, safety, support. Not because we are stronger, but because we were given access.

TRU Kindness exists for the women who are not there yet.

When you choose a TRU Intention piece, you are quietly standing beside another woman who is still finding her way. A woman who may need counseling, guidance, rest, education, or simply the space to begin again.

This is women supporting women.
Not loudly. Not performatively.
But intentionally, with care and respect.

Those who have the privilege of healing help hold the weight for those who are still carrying it.

The Path of Kindness

Every act of TRU Kindness begins the same way.
With a choice made from the heart.

When you choose a TRU Intention piece, your purchase becomes the first step in a living path of support. What begins as a special moment for you is carried forward in generosity to your sisters, those who are still finding their way.

In the early stages, 10% of every sale is placed into the TRU Kindness fund. This fund exists for one purpose only. To support healing where it is needed most.

As TRU Intention grows, this commitment deepens. At intentional milestones, contributions increase from 10% to 20% to 30% to 40%, eventually reaching and remaining at 50% of all sales.

Every purchase helps extend a hand from one woman to another. From those who have found steadier ground to those who are still searching for it.

Not to rescue · Not to lead · But to stand together.

Your choice becomes part of a shared strength, one that quietly reminds another woman that she is not alone and that support exists when she is ready to receive it.

The Kindness Destination

Healing does not arrive in a single form.

For some, it begins with rest.
For others, with guidance.
For others still, with education, support, or the space to breathe and begin again.

TRU Kindness exists to meet women where they are and to support healing in the ways that feel most aligned for them. This may take the shape of counseling, retreats, education, spiritual guidance, or time spent reconnecting with the natural world.

As the work grows, so will the expressions of support. Each offering is shaped with care, guided by real needs and real moments of alignment rather than fixed expectations.

What matters most is not the form kindness takes, but the fact that it arrives when it is needed.

Where Kindness Takes Shape

The first TRU Kindness experience currently being planned is a wilderness immersion and reconnection retreat taking place this August.

Rooted in nature, this experience is being created as a space for women to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves. Time in the wild is paired with moments of rest and integration, allowing both challenge and restoration to exist side by side.

Sponsored through TRU Kindness, the retreat is designed to be accessible and supportive, offering women the opportunity to step into healing experiences they may not otherwise have access to.

Alongside this retreat, TRU Kindness will also partner with retreat leaders, coaches, therapists, and guides who are already doing meaningful work in the world. Through these collaborations, additional supported experiences and scholarships will continue to take shape.

As TRU Kindness grows, new offerings will be shared as they align, guided by care, purpose, and trust in the unfolding..

Accessing TRU Kindness

TRU Kindness will be shared as opportunities come into alignment.

Access to supported experiences unfolds naturally. Some offerings are quietly filled. Others are announced as partnerships and future retreats take shape.

The August Wilderness Immersion Retreat is fully supported through TRU Kindness and is currently filled. Nine participants were intentionally selected for this inaugural experience, which is serving as a pilot as future offerings are shaped and refined.

As TRU Kindness continues to grow, multiple immersive experiences will be offered each year, with a limited number of fully supported spaces reserved for women who may not otherwise have access to experiences like these.
